Business Connect platform

This release includes improvements that help Business Connect services remain secure, reliable, and responsive for government agencies and end users.

Enhanced security accreditation

Business Connect has now been accredited to manage information up to the Sensitive classification level, expanding the range of business information that can be securely collected and processed through Business Connect services. This enables agencies to deliver a wider range of digital services involving sensitive information through Business Connect, helping simplify processes for both agencies and businesses.

Additional security enhancements have been introduced across the platform, alongside performance and reliability improvements that help maintain the ongoing stability and responsiveness of Business Connect services.

This release delivers new features and usability improvements that make forms easier to build, easier to complete, and more accessible.

Accessibility 

Accessibility improvements have been applied to provide better support for keyboard navigation and assistive technologies. 

Help and support resources

New help and support resources have been added to help form builders learn how to create more advanced forms providing additional guidance and self-service support.

Form experience and data quality improvements

A range of enhancements have been made to improve the experience of completing and building forms. Improvements to table fields make it easier to enter, review, and manage larger amounts of information, while enhanced validation helps identify errors earlier and provides clearer guidance when information needs to be corrected.

Updates to address handling help ensure information is displayed consistently in summaries and downloaded documents, and improvements to date fields reduce the likelihood of incorrect information being entered. Additional fixes and usability enhancements have also been applied across FormBuilder to further improve the experience for both form builders and end users.
