Solving problems
Creating government digital services can take a lot of time and money. Many government agencies and councils have to do the same work when it comes to launching a new online service.
Some tasks require specialist skills. These include procurement, service design, accessibility testing, privacy and security. These skills are not always available, and can be expensive.
