Stronger data transparency and easier access to key records

We’ve enhanced case data removal at the end of the retention period to make the process more transparent and audit‑ready. Cases are now removed through a dedicated data‑retention process that preserves audit history, giving you clearer assurance that your obligations are being met without losing visibility over what happened.

New CSV export option (pilot)

A new CSV export is now available for FormBuilder cases as part of a controlled pilot. This early capability provides clean exports with API names and labels, supports up to 1,000 cases per download, and lays the groundwork for richer export options in future releases.

Duplicate API key errors are now easier to understand with clearer, more consistent messages. We’ve also reduced false‑positive warnings, creating a smoother and more predictable form‑building experience, so you can stay focused on designing great forms instead of troubleshooting.

More reliable calculated fields

Calculated fields now behave more consistently across your forms. We’ve improved how values are handled in complex repeatable sections, made identifiers apply more reliably, and refined max‑length validation, resulting in smoother calculations.

As part of our goal this year to elevate FormBuilder’s help and support experience, we’re kicking things off by reintroducing the tool itself.
