New features
Receive application information to a designated inbox
It’s now possible for agencies or councils with services created using FormBuilder to onboard even more easily. You can receive applications into a designated inbox as a PDF attachment along with any files the customer has uploaded.
Data export in JSON format
For those teams using the admin portal you can now download the data in an individual application in a JSON format.
Improvements
Notification email reminders
Customers who have been asked to provide further information through the Business Connect platform will now receive an email reminder to respond 7 days after they receive the initial notification.
Email notifications for case transfer
You will now also receive an email notification letting you know if a member of your team has transferred a case to you so that you can pick it up promptly.
Alternative text on agency and council logos
Customers using assistive technology will now benefit from alternative text for all agency and council logos they encounter.
Payment screen improvements
Customers using food business registration, alcohol licence or register a trade mark application forms will now see changes to the payment screen that clearly show a GST exclusive subtotal, the GST followed by the total.
Trade mark registration for charitable trusts
Charitable trusts are now able to apply to register a trade mark via Business Connect.
Additions to webhook
For those agencies using our webhook notification, new status types have been added. The webhook now includes updates if a case has been withdrawn or reset to draft.
